By the pool
The ducks are
Consummating
Their marriage with their feathers
Flapping, tapping
On the ground
Dancing
Like Minerva,
The Roman goddess
Of wisdom, arts, crafts, and of war!
I behold nonchalant
And the whole world
Appears to be so tranquil
Appeasing my inner soul!
