रुसले आइतबार उसले युक्रेन र युरोपको सुरक्षा सम्बन्धी वार्तामा संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिकासँग कुनै पनि सहुलियत-सहयोग अस्वीकार गरेको छ र यो अमेरिकी सङ्केतहरूबाट “निराश” रहेको बताएको छ। “
हामी कुनै पनि सहुलियतमा सहमत हुने छैनौं। त्यो पूर्ण रूपमा बहिष्कृत छ,” रुसका उप-विदेशमन्त्री सर्गेई र्याबकोभले रुसी समाचार एजेन्सीहरूलाई भने। “हामी पछिल्ला केही दिनहरूमा वाशिङ्गटनबाट तर ब्रसेल्सबाट पनि आउने सङ्केतहरूबाट निराश छौं।”
