The literal meaning of samayasamachar is time-news, but it can also be interpreted as timely news stories. This digital media will rely on facts and balanced views. We are dedicated and devoted to the protection of human rights and to the practice of good journalism. The team of Samayasamachar consists of (will consist of) professionals in the field and  writers with passion and human drive and humor. The Founding Editor-in-Chief of Samayasamachar is Kripa Bhandari who has almost two decades of journalism experience with strong knowledge in the field of mass communication and journalism. Her professional works in many media houses as a reporter, a news coordinator, and a desk-editor are assets in the mission of Samayasamachar. Samayasamachar is a (news) story based digital media that will be the most popular and well-managed  site for publishing online news stories in both Nepali and  English languages. It is established to cater the need of true journalism in the age of information and technology that, at times, may fail to disseminate right information.  As Marshall McLuhan, a Canadian philosopher of communication theory says, “Medium is the message,” we have developed this site as a medium that always remains balanced, credible, and trustworthy amid  mushrooming media across the nation. Our team will produce strategic organizational plans to inform and educate our audience in areas of environmental and cultural issues, science and technology, health and tourism, business and sports, and literature and politics both locally and globally. Most importantly, our team will focus on development journalism, raising the issues of the marginalized.
