Chairman of CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that his party would lead the socialist ideals along with the communist ideology in the country.
At a programme organised in the party central office in the capital city on Monday, Chairman Nepal said national capital should be industrialised for poverty reduction adding that the scientific thought of judicious distribution was the Marxist thought.
On the occasion, party’s senior leader and former Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal said communist movement in the country was needed to ensure social justice and equality. Khanal also argued that his party was formed to safeguard communist ideology through revolt against the opportunistic characteristics within the communist party.
On the occasion, leaders of Janata Samajwadi Party Rana Bahadur Ramtel and other cadres joined the CPN (US).
